I have only had this printer about 2 weeks and have set it up as a wireless printer. It so far works fine, as I've sent several documents to it for black and white printing. I have not yet used it for color. It worked fine as a copier several times so far. I like its small footprint on my desk. And a big plus will be the cost for replacement ink, as my HP printer it replaces had expensive ink cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was told the printer had great color but getting the drivers loaded has been a nightmare. I have tried 3 times to download with no luck. Cannot use printer. Very disappointed.

I was impressed with how easy the installation was to perform. Features & function seems fine. I purchased this due to it's apparent compact size, but was surprised to find that the paper feed tray is a pop up feature in the back of the machine that makes the footprint of the device at least 3-4 inches wider.
