I bought this to replace my previous one. Too many issues. The first one I had to return because of hardware problem and the new one is not printing color.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I shopped online and found many printers that were in the range of what I could afford. I sorted through them and finally took a chance on the HP OfficeJet. Am I sorry? NO! The print is so clear and the colors so crisp and bright. It goes through its different paces so well, and I am so happy to be able to fax from my home. Great workmanship. Thank you for such a great product.
I bought this a couple of months ago when the ink sensor on my other hp all in one went out after 4 years. I use this printer for home use and have only used it a couple times but every thing seems fine.
So happy I upgraded. I can print directly from my phone, or scan to my phone, which is my favorite part of it. It also comes with the HP ink refill program, where the printer orders ink for you, and it gets delivered to your house.
This is my second home printer from HP and it is a great little printer for the price. My only complaint is that nowhere in the description was there a warning that this wireless printer would not work on a mobile hotspot (our only home internet). After a few frustrating days, I connected it with a cable and it works great!
