Less than three months after I bought this, vertical lines appeared on the touchscreen. More lines appeared in the days that followed including one bar becoming wider. I contacted the seller, because there was no way to contact HP by phone. After listening to many "menu" choices, I was told that I need to go online. When I did, I was to told to do some things that did not make sense to me. I am not a computer expert. And I do not understand "computerese". I was disconnected from the "chat". I got a call back and we started again. Half an hour later, I was told that they would send me a new one and I had to return the old one. Fine. Then I was asked for a credit card for collateral. When I asked "what collateral?", I was told "in case I didn't return the old printer". Well, I don't give my credit card out over the internet. The two arguments he gave me for the safety of doing so, I've heard before and had that credit card hacked. I told him that I would not give him my credit card info and told him we were done. I disconnected and will just live with the lines. I am disgusted with the length of time I was online trying to fix this. It would have been much easier if I had purchased this item at a "brick and mortar" store, so that I could just take it back there to be fixed. I will NEVER buy another printer, HP or otherwise from a website ever again.

Connecting to my computer has been a nightmare.

It has taken 3 weeks and several helpers to finally get connected. Why can't directions be in plain English for us computer dummies????

I am having trouble when I print from web.

I have a little trouble printing from web. It prints some pages and others it doesn't send to que. I have to turn it off and on again sometimes to get it to print. Any suggestions to solve the problem??
