Neither purchase nor replacement printer worked! Never could get past the carriage jam error on either printer. A total of 9+ hours between the two and I am now sending both of them back and I have to do it to TWO different departments. Don't waste your time, just get the HP Envy 7120, it's awsome and installed like a dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with the printer. The only problem I've had is printing envelopes of different sizes, such as envelopes for greeting cards. I select the size in the computer and then I have to specify the size in the printer as well; otherwise the printing is bad, There should be communication between the two.
