Don't like the paper deliver tray

I prefer a drawer for the paper instead of the tray it is very awkward to place paper in the back of the printer.

My printer works great except that for some reason or another the downloads keep failing and I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling

This printer was easy to install . It was an update for an older HP printer. Wish I'd replaced it sooner as this one has nice features without being "too techie" for senior users. Good price, arrived promptly and well packed.

This is my 4th HP Printer and has impressed me more than any other. The colors look great and actually uses less ink than before. And with my subscription to Instant Ink I will never have to worry about running out of ink, or running out to the store. All four features; print, copy, scan, and fax work great. I haven't had any issues printing via Wi-Fi anywhere in my house. And I love being able to print from my Android phone. Finally the price makes this printer purchase a no-brainer for me.
