I bought my printer a few weeks ago and I love it! It's a printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine. I can print any document from any of my devices because it is wireless. I also thought that I would need a landline for my fax and you no longer need that. I love how my ink is being shipped to me as well. I dont ever have to go get ink or worry about being out of ink.

It has been just about a month since I started using this printer and I am very pleased.. My last printer was sensitive to different thicknesses of Printer Paper, this seems to handle any I have used thus far.. and it prints quickly. I am very satisfied with it.. Thank You, HP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an older model HP printer ,, it finally died after much really good service,,, so ok ,, that worked well ,let me get another one.. Looked on HP site and settled on the 3830 as it seemed to fit my needs the best.. And it did!!! Couldn't be more happier with the printer.
