Worst feature: little paper capacity

I bought this over one month ago and haven't used it because I am very disappointed in its paper capacity

Good, clear printing

I needed a replacement printer to complete a project. This one was fairly easy to set up. The only glitch was loading the paper. Once the rear loading mechanism was adjusted the rest was routine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There's a glitch in this printer

Worked great for a few months then we got a frozen display screen showing HP logo and a bar across bottom of screen. A search on Google revealed this to be a common problem. After an hour on the phone with customer service HP replaced the printer. Great! Not so much. 1 month after receiving it we got that same frozen display and blinking power button. I unplugged it from the wall for a half hour and it works again! The first printer nothing worked. Hopefully it continues to function properly but I have the feeling it's not going to last very long before this problem returns. I couldn't recommend this printer but I would a different HP printer as customer service was decent. I gave 3 stars as technically it's working and warranty did replace the first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Basic ok printer, but not all features work.

This printer prints ok, scans on flatbed ok, but serious problems with feeder tray scanning: random pages turn out blank (black in scan file) and often pages blurred, or ghosting. My old HP all in one was great for years until feeder tray scanning started to go wrong, that's why i bought this one, but it does the same thing new. HP quality seems to be getting lower. Was my fav printer company but each one gets worse than the one before. Can't return it or I would. Trying to get help from HP was not helpful, took forever and they didn't offer any actual help, in fact seemed not to understand the problem, despite describing it several times in great detail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had this printer for a few years now and it's still great. Printing from my phone or laptop is easy and even the kids can do it without issue.
