product does not work well on internet

This product after lots of attempts would not work with the internet hookup. I was so frustrated that i hard wired the unit . Even that is not clear as to how to connect . Does print ok and clear , scan is good and the fax is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good prior HP printers

No icon for the printer has appeared on my laptop screen No instruction manual No demonstration disc/thumbstick No tutorials Had to change laptop settings from HP C4700 Entire setup difficult

I have had this for over a year now paid up all the time but dont seem to received any ink or know how to get any very frustrated...it may be easier to just cancel and buy it at my local store

Fantastic features

I mean this thing is a beast! I didn't have to connect a single wire to my computer to print that is awesome and I can print with one click and boom quality printing AND the instant-ink feature is just too futuristic for me to understand BUT the one and only side kick which I found was not be able to scan without a computer! Which is not a problem for me but just one downside anyways it is awesome HP I had problem for 7 years understanding what it stands for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to adjust

I have been trying for a while now to get it to print in color. It prints the test sheets perfectly, but there is no way of getting it to print in color from a wireless computer. I have downloaded the drive on a number of times, but the interface does not have a place where I can find to switch it from B&W to color
