I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.Setup : The HP Tango Printer was very easy to setup, with an intuitive companion smartphone application that walks you through the process step by step. Simply plug in the printer and follow along with the application instructions. From unboxing to printing took all of 10 minutes.Design : The HP Tango Printer is beautifully designed, with a small footprint and attractive status light on the front that glows blue when resting. I`ve set mine up in our living room bookcase for easy access and it looks great. The printer is very small, just over the size of a standard 8.5x11" sheet of paper, taking up very little room.Ease of Use : The HP Tango Printer is very easy to use. The same companion HP Smart application used for printer setup is used to send photos/documents to the printer. Printing photos is great as the application links to your smartphones photo library. Simply select the photo(s) you`d like to print, what size you`d like, and you can easily edit and adjust the photo to your liking right within the application.Print Quality : I was amazed by the print quality and speed of this printer. Within seconds, gorgeous quality photos are produced and ready to be framed. The quality of the photos printed are in line with ones I`ve paid for from a printing company online.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT

I finally attempted to set up this printer. I was expecting a fast, easy set up and use. Severely disappointmented from start. Attempted install software several times with no success. Could not get TANGO to display/show at all. Finally was able to get my WiFi to connect to TANGO but TANGO shows printer off line or not reachable. Still trouble shooting but extremely disappointed with the very difficult set up or should I say unsuccessful set up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've certainly designed the setup process to be a lot more seamless than this, so I can imagine how inconvenient this all has been. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Tango thinking no sweat but couldn't get it to print . Tried to connect to Wi-Fi in my house but none of the passwords would work that were on the back of the spectrum router ( or whatever it is ) The next day I tried to print something and my phone showed no device found. so I could not try to enter the password again . I will admit I am a amateur and use a computer very little . also I found to many options for the printing and it was not very straight forward and also the printer setup ( add the ink cartridge ETC; ) did not show up .

From your review, I can’t tell quite why the connection isn’t working or what you need to do, so I recommend you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I purchased a couple of months ago but only prints black and white. The setting is set on colored.

Love this printer very easy to install took less than half hour. Good print from another room values was excellent. Already received new ink cartridges
