I bought another brand and it wouldn't connect to my wifi but h.p did it with no problems at all. Everything is so easy, I used it several times already and I'm so happy I got this. It's quiet doesn't really make any noise and it prints fast as any other printer I've seen

I bought this printer about 3 weeks ago and so far it is fantastic. Since schools are closed right now I have some school work to print off for for kindergartner. I love the wireless feature. I just click on the page I want I print and it prints very nicely and quickly. Overall I feel like a kid on Christmas morning !!!!

I bought this printer about 6 weeks ago and overall I like, but we don't know why we get a popup that reads that there is no paper in the paper holder when it is full. Additionally there is a popup that says there is no ink in it but it is printing. So we'd be appreciative of your looking in to these two situations for us.

Like our last HP printer, it is on the wireless network about 30% of the time. The only way I can get it to print is if I start pushing random buttons to get it to “wake up.”
