I had a photosmart printer and when it died, I bought an Office Jet Pro because it said it was a Photo Printer. IT WAS NOT. I got this one and it is wonderful! The pictures are vibrant and it does everything I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With kids, I do a ton of photo printing at home and I am usually not happy with the quality and the ease of use by my previous printers. This one has replaced all previous ones and will be hard to part with. Definitely a good buy

Bought your top on the line Envy to replace our 6 year old Envy. The replacement looks like it came from a time machine 10 years in the past. Technology is supposed to get more compact not double in size. Even the screen looks way cheaper. Did you lose your best product designers or something? This product does not deserve the Envy name.

The printed directions that came with this printer were terribly insufficient. I'm reasonably competent when it comes to setting up new tech products but found the set-up instructions impossible to follow. I still haven't figured out how to enable two sided printing, which is one of the major features I want in a printer. HP needs to invest time and effort into making set up and coordination between equipment easier for normal people who don't work with enabling technology on a daily basis.

The printer offline issue still not resloved

Maybe the installation program need a more plug and play. Spent a lot of time try to resolve this, but can’t. I am a computer programmer. So for average user that is too hard. All my other device, just plug and play. So why hp cannot do that?

I had an HP 7525 that I was very happy with and then it died. I was very hesitant to get a new printer but had no choice. I am glad the last one died because this one is so much faster and better! Also excited to have instant ink. I wont miss late night runs to find ink so my daughter can finish a project. Very happy so far!

Love the printer but wish the wireless connection wouldn't disconnect after 2 hours. I'm not a computer person so I just bought a printer cable to solve the problem. Other than that this is the 2nd HP printer I have purchased over the years and they make good quality printers.

I like this printer. So far I haven't had to fax, but it prints nice pictures and is a little faster than my old one. The only thing I don't like about it it the tray that pops out to catch your paper. It is likely to get broken one of these times.
