[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fit's nicely into an enclosed cabinet onto a sliding wood base. I have to pull it out to lift the cover and access the flat screen scanner and I cannot fully open the cover so have to hold it. I have easy access to the auto doc feeder with out lifting the lid. Due to the cabinet enclosure, I had to have a USB port on the front. I use a zip drive to store my pdf scans and this machine has a good scanner. The USB is behind a push open cover on the left front. Can't see the port in low light and being in the cabinet makes it even more difficult. My last scanner gave me the option to name the saved pdf's but the 7855 does not give me that option. At least not easily apparent. It connected quickly to my home wifi and prints color and b & w surprisingly fast. I like the touchscreen control panel. Good machine and I'm happy with it and the price I paid.
