[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the new HP ENVY Photo 7855 all-in-one printer/scanner/copier/fax to replace the unit that had been my old stand by until Microsoft upgraded my operating system. As a result of that upgrade scanning became complicated, to say the least. Thanks to my on-line CS Rep Lilly, we created a work around until this new unit became available.
