[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an HP Printer Model 55 Series (also all-in-one; but the 7800 Envy Photo Series represents more than two decades of re-invented technology. The printer speaks for itself more than I can imagine - photo, copy, print, fax and apps, are all great for this generation. I am yet to install my ePrint, to make it even better. Order an ink without visiting any store blows up my mind. I have no regrets at all that I switched to the 7800 Series.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received it I put it right to work, unfortunately I started getting a line down the page when I printed something that was a pdf file. Which totally surprised me to have something happen on the third day of use. I had to do the usual send the challenging printer back and wait for them to send a new on upon receipt of the printer I has to send back. I did receive the new one a week later. I'm really glad they shipped out so fast. I had a big report that needed to be turned in. I explained what happen so they extended me a week. And the new printer came just in time. I have used HP products for years, and when I try to buy a cheaper other product I run into more challenges and so I end up going right back to HP. They are now always my go to company for all my computer needs.

I found everyone that I talked to, from the person I purchased the printer from to the 2 or 3 technical support people to be personable, and very helpful. I'm not very saavy when it comes to technical problems, and they walked me through the set up with no problems.

The setup procedures were easy to follow for both connecting to my computer and to my Android phone using the HP Smart App. The print quality on both documents and photos is excellent. It is a work horse to say the least! I am able to print out my childrens school work PLUS print out any photos that I want or need anytime I want remotely without fail seamlessly!! The quality of the printed photos is SPECTACULAR & is so much MORE than I EVER IMAGINED!! I have been using the ENVY Photo 7855 printer for just over a month and am very satisfied. Very easy to setup with my wireless router. Connected immediately and works perfectly. I have been using HP printers for years. Wouldn't have any other brand. I am a retired Sr hardware Technician and am familiar with other brands. Wouldn't have anything else but an HP printer. This one is worth every dime. The color photos are beautiful. Thanks so much for maintaining quality products over the years that we can always count on.
