[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this printer....except when I have to change paper or print a photo. This would be a 5 star printer if they didn't mess up the paper loading and had eliminated the ridiculous 4 x 5 ish photo paper "tray?" This has awesome wireless functions and prints acceptably but I wouldn't buy another until they fix the horrific paper loading problem. Unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unpacking and hook up was easy, what I would expect from an HP product. Thus far I was able to use the Fax function, Scan function and copy function without any problems.
I do have a problem with printing envelopes. The envelop always gets stuck in the printer. I am doing something wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be working nicely. I like the fact that it shuts itself off when not needed and turns itself on to print. It was problems with my old Photosmart not being able to turn it on that caused me to buy this one. I hope that's solved. I haven't tried any color printing yet so can't judge that. Text looks good and even. It would have been better if it didn't spend 3.5 days in "verifying" mode during set up.
