[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used my printer a couple of times so I haven't used it to its full capacity but so far the photos I'm printing are coming out beautiful. At this time I'm only printing from my phone and I've been a little confused about changing the settings...the first set were only 4x6 and now I'm stuck on 8x10 < and there isn't even a setting for 8x10 lol so I need to spend a little more time practicing. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a printer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 1 month ago. Has multiple desirable functions. Advertised as HP's most productive printer for home. Info is sent to print queue, but they error out and never print. Good concept, poor execution. I am not happy with this device.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally happy with the photo printing so far. This Envy 7855 replaced an older HP Photosmart 7520 which never did work well. The new installation and setup menus are nice, making setup quick and easy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this printer a while ago, but didn't get to set it up until after the holidays. The setup was so simple, HP walking you through the steps. The pictures print beautifully, and the scanned pictures are sharp. So happy to have found this printer!
The printer has nice quality however it takes too long once you hit print for it to start printing I've actually made a couple mistakes with the time that it took to start. And also takes too long to begin printing once that you've hit the print key my old printer worked a lot better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other HP printer failed just a year out of its warranty. I ordered a replacement, it arrived, was easy to set up and works fine. I also purchased a 3 year warranty the new printer and have emails confirming that, but this information does not show up in the printers record with HP. That is disturbing, since the life cycle on these products is about 2 years or less.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this HP Envy Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer last month, and am very happy I did. It has all the features I need for a home printer.
