Nice quality prints, documents and photos, great. Although, software is a bit buggy, as it can't function between windows 7, 10, or photo printing until you reboot. Even rebooting can be a challenge after printing off Windows 7, as shut down mode will freeze up. only one mechanical issue, printing photos will leave toner makes, so printing documents might receive black stripes.
Cons: More RAM
Pros: Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about a month ago and already I need to order an ink cartridge. I don't use it much. I've gotten a few paper jams which I had to figure out what was wrong as there is no manual that comes with the printer. The printer does a lot more than what I use it for, printing, but I don't know how to use it for anything else since there is no manual that tells me how. All-in-all, it does a good job printing photos and just everyday printing.

I had this printer for only 4 weeks or so. I don't use it much and havn't even used the photo features yet. However, after some initial apprehension of the new wireless features to add the software to multiple computers and phones, I was pleasantly surprised on how well and easy it was to get set up and print away from all products! I also signed up for the auto ink thing (don't remember what it was specifically called), and so far, it is sending me ink in a timely manner so I don't always have to re-order ink after manually checking the levels. The best thing about this printer is the fact that it is much quieter that my previous PhotoSmart printer; What a relief! I would recommend this to others!
