[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I`ve had my HP Envy Photo Printer for about a week now and overall, I`m very pleased. I had a color printer before and I think that this printer is of better quality. I don`t see the pixels (like my last printer) and the colors are so vivid! I just got back from a trip and took the opportunity to print out a few vacation photos--the quality of the prints came out great (I even framed some of the pics). Another plus is that it was so easy to set up and connect to my PC and the actual size isn`t too big so it doesn`t take up too much space on my desk. I would definitely recommend this printer to those looking for a great color photo printer. HP hasn`t dissapointed me yet!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note: I received this printer free in exchange for my honest review.
I have been needing a new printer and was ecstatic to be able to provide a review for the HP Envy 7855. The fact that it is wireless is a huge plus. With several laptops, tablets and mobile phones in the house, it is awesome that we can send our items to the printer without having to use the desktop. The wireless setup was easy, but I will say that I found the touch screen buttons a little small. I have small hands, and had to use a stylus to punch in the password for our network (I kept "fat fingering" the password and making mistakes). The printer comes with it`s own email address that you can also use to send items to for printing. The best part is that you can change the user name to make it easier for your family to remember.
The print clarity for both paper and photos is amazing. a huge plus is that the color cartridge is "tri-color" - one cartridge vice three for your color printing. My former printer had 3 color cartridges and one was always going out, causing you to make several cartridge changes. With just one color cartridge to change out, you will save time and money.
I can`t say enough about this printer. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

HP Envy Photo 7855

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HP`s Envy Photo 7855: My wife and I both use our cell phones to take pictures, especially family and kid pictures. Often times it takes us a while to get to the store to print the pictures. Having the HP 7855 at home gives you the option to print a single picture at home right away.
Unpacking and Assembly: The printer comes nicely packed. Our Printer was delivered to our home, the printer arrived undamaged in great condition! The assembly and setup were a bit frustrating. The printer comes with minimal direction. The ink cartridges did not fit nicely into the unit, they had to be forced in a bit. Loading letter paper and photo paper took some playing around with. The first sheet of paper jammed. Also, the software took a while to get working. It took me a while to get the computer to see the printer. However, I must say that the print does look nice siting in our home office.
Wireless Printing: One of the nice benefits of the unit is that you can print wirelessly. I have used the unit for about 10 days and used multiple print functions. Including printing letters via computer, printing pictures from my cell and using the email to print function. This is a great function, I have already used the printer to print a passport renewal photo.
Issues: One thing that I would change/improve upon would be the printer`s touch screen. The screen is small for the content displayed, you need to "scroll" down on the screen to see the entire menu and scrolling with the screen is not easy. I have often hit the wrong button when trying to scroll. The screen is color, which is nice, but it is no i-phone. It takes some getting used to.
Would I recommend: Yes - this is a great printer to have at home. The ability to print a single picture at home is great. Since the printer has been setup it has worked great.
I have not had the machine long enough for a full evaluation. So far my only complaint is that the touch screen is to small and does not have good sincitivity to touch.
The only feature I found that is missing for me is double sided copy. I can single to double or single to single; no double to double. I have to make them manually.
The printer is compatible with our iMac. It is much quieter than our old HP printer. The photos print very well. The photo looks very much like the original with no need to make any adjustments.
