It works good. But it doesn't do 2 sided copying and does not store enough paper. I needed an office printer, not a photo one. I will buy my next one in the store, not online.

Photos print beautifully and fast, also comes with ink. Great for office use and I absolutely love it. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Best HP Printer!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the best thing happened to me, getting this HP ENVY Photo printer! I had some other printer prior to getting this one but it fails in comparison to what this all-in-one series can do! My last printer did not give me the option to fax, or print with so many options, nor was my printer this smart.
This product does everything well! I have already faxed a few documents, I have printed quality head shots for an upcoming film audition and passport pictures with this device. I was not expecting to be vowed by a printer but I really am impressed, because it`s so smart and so easy to use!
The instructions are clear and easy to read. You get an HP App that walks you right through an effortless setup in less than 2 minutes! I cringed unplugging my old printer because setting up the WiFi was a daunting task.
Overall, I`m extremely satisfied with the functionality of everything this device can do. HP you hit the ball out of the park on this one! I`m even going to join the instant Ink replacement service because it`s a good deal and additional savings since my printer is smart enough to send a signal to an App that I`m running low on ink and send it to me before I run out will be awesome.

Convenience and accessability at your fingertips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I participated in a market research study and received the HP Envy Photo 7855 to evaluate. Overall... I LOVE IT! Can I say it any louder, lol. This photo printer was so easy to setup and install. It was super easy to use. After installing the app on my smartphone, i was able to print almost everything right from my phone. Not only pictures but also documents. I was able to scan them from my phone and send wireless to the HP Envy Photo 7855. The picture quality was super clear. The photo paper is really convenient priced and it automatically knows when you are running low and will auto order and send you new paper refills. This is such a great printer to have in your household.

Powerful and Reliable All-in-One Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third HP printer ever and the 2nd wireless printer I`ve installed. This model is superior in that it is Apple airprint-enabled and has a document feeder.
This printer was by far one of the easiest external devices to setup. Out of the box, I was able to set it up in about 1/2 hour and was on my way to printing. I hooked it up to my laptop and the setup process was so simple and easy that even a kid could do it. The touchscreen is super easy to use. The only advice I would give to a user is to follow the instructions on the screen specially when it comes to installing the ink cartridges. The instructions are clear. You also have the option of watching an animated demonstration. It automatically aligns and calibrates the cartridges for you. Once you`ve added the printer to your computer, then you`re good to go. I was also able to print from my iPhone and from my laptop. Printer had no trouble connecting to my WiFi.
Everything you need comes in the box. It also prints VERY fast - fastest of any inkjet I have had over the last 10 years.
The printing quality is superb and even testing this on standard paper, the photographs looked crisp and professional. The scanner works fine for making copies of documents and for archiving photographs. Scanning gives you the option of saving it as a PDF to any of the computers you have attached.
I have two wishes: that the cord was longer, that it came with a USB cable and the ink runs a little longer . I did notice that after printing few pictures, I`m already halfway through my color cartridge. The ink goes pretty quick, but the results are very nice.
Overall, I am very happy with this printer. So far, NO paper jams! All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this printer to anyone looking for a good home or small business printer.

Awesome Printer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set Up: I have been searching for the right printer for me for a long time so I participated in a market research study and received this product to evaluate. Setting up this printer was fairly simple. I will say, if you are not a tech person, this printer can be a bit overwhelming. I did not have any issue with the set up since I am pretty tech savvy. For instance, after plugging in the printer, the screen begins to prompt you on what to do. The screen told me to go to a website either on my computer or any smart device to complete the set up. I opted to use my phone for set up since I am very well versed on how to navigate it over my computer. I downloaded an app called HP smart. I did have some trouble getting the printer to calibrate which is one of the steps in the set up. I ended up having to contact customer service (which i was able to do from the app thru Facebook messenger...awesome feature!) They were prompt in assisting me on how to reset the printer. Once i did that the set up was completed and it began printing immediately! I would definitely say the set up was easy and relatively painless.
Use: Once set up, I have been able to print directly from my phone. I hooked up my google drive to the app and am able to print my documents off my phone! This has seriously been a lifesaver a couple times as I realized I needed a form printed and didn`t have access to my laptop (i left it at my work!). The printer is very fast and is extremely quiet! I actually have no issues with any of the use so far. The app is helpful with watching the toner levels so i know when i need to order new cartridges before they actually run out. I ended up also setting the printer up with my laptop so that i had the option to print from either device. Set up was simple and the speed in which the printer receives the printing order is crazy. The moment i hit print the printer has already started to retrieve paper to complete the document. The printer is a little bulky for my liking, but the effectiveness and the quality have easily made up for that issue.
I have used MANY other printers and often end up feeling dissatisfied with my purchase and rarely end up printing at home since i feel printing whatever i need at work ends up being much simpler. I have the complete opposite feeling now! I have already found myself printing whatever i need without a second thought. I absolutely love the app set up with my phone and would highly recommend this printer to everyone! If you are looking for a printer that is quiet, efficient and provides high quality results, i would suggest this printer hands down. I finally feel like i found the printer for my fast paced lifestyle and i cant wait to keep using it.

I thought the printer was awesome. The color quality was very vibrant and looks like I had them done at a photo lab. The feature I liked the most on the printer was the simple and easy to use touch screen. With most technology being touch screen, it was very easy to navigate. The booklet instructions were clear, but the actual machine walks you through all the steps to set it up. I was impressed with that feature, as some people aren`t that savvy when it comes to technology, so anyone can do it! As soon as I plugged it in, it was telling me step by step what I needed to do. It was easy to assemble, practically no assembly required except plugging it in, and inserting the ink cartridges. I haven`t used or had a photo printer personally, I always had my photos printed at a photo lab because I thought it would be too complicated to try to print at home. I was wrong. With this HP Envy Photo Printer, it makes it so easy to do it in the comfort of my home. The quality went above and beyond my expectations. I don`t have any complaints about this printer. It`s my new favorite toy!
