[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love most things about this printer. Only issues are the ink program is confusing. I had to buy ink on my own since what came with it ran out really quickly, and although I had registered for the ink program I was going to have to wait longer than I wanted (without ink). Therefore I purchased on my own; then got emails saying that would mess things up. Still confused. Only other issue is similar to last HP printer - where it tells me to load photo paper when it's already there... Last HP printer was horrible in this regard, and although it still happens with this one it's no where near as often. Sorry to point out the issues, but truly overall this is working great for my needs.
