hp fan for years hp laptop hp printer , printer worked perfectlghnmenty until the first of nov 2020 when it started saying printhead needs alighnment , probably should have had it repaired , new machine is horrible wont print in color , hard to set up Im sendyng it back if possible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scan feed is so slow compared to my previous HP and this is the current equivalent of it. Just clicking on the link to open the scan function is slow. The lid is made to be flush with the front of the machine which makes opening the cover for scanning not as easy. Do not know how these changes are decided.
