I am now on my third or fourth HP printer and most have been satisfactory. This latest has performed okay except for some unwanted lines on printed documents. Trying to get tech support has been impossible. I have never accounted a product that is so difficult to get help for. It is especially frustrating because the printer is brand new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I opted not to install it myself although it seemed simple enough. My brother set it up in less than a half hour including downloads.
There is absolutely nothing I can`t do from my phone, tablet, and laptop. As a non-technical person, I am amazed by the quality of photos, the ease of scanning, the super color copies. I still have a landline so faxing is possible. I now have a home office.
