Prints crooked lines despite replacement and help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this and the print is has crooked lines. I returned it and they replaced it with a new one and still prints crooked lines but not as worst as the first one. I am tired returning and I just stayed with it because the crooked lines is minimal. I tried following the maintenance instructions but with the help of the online help, but it did not fix the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Envy printer, first one is in other house and six-years-old and working fine. Easy to install and connect to WiFi, I find HP ENVY printers to be perfect for routine household use. As a hobby artist I download several pictures/photos per month and find the color and quality of the prints to clear and precise, and photos print beautifully on quality photo paper. The scan to email feature takes a little practice when interfacing with Apple products, but works fine for occasional business papers and the instant ink mail service is convenient and awesomely easy. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this printer as a free sample for testing. I have tried my fair share of printers and this is by far on of my favorites. The print quality for pictures is amazing. This printer also allows double sided printing, which is a great feature. It prints quickly, was very easy to set up and add to our WIFI network. You do have to download an app onto your phone, but once that is done you can easily print from your mobile device. The unit is bigger (compared to others) but still fits comfortably on the standard printer stand. It is a printer, scanner (with flat surface and a feeder), copy machine and a fax machine. It`s perfect if you are running a small home business. I believe my favorite feature of this printer and why it will remain the main printer we use is HP`s instant ink program. If you sign up it monitors your paper and ink levels to send you ink when you are running low. It is a monthly feel, however you get such a savings when it comes to ink that is is 100 percent worth it. There is tier pricing based on the amount of pages you will print a month. This is a great program that makes this printer even more affordable. I would recommend this printer to anyone who asked. It`s a gem.

The installation process took an entire day and messed up our computers. We have three different computers and the installation process got hung up on every one. HP clearly only wanted to infect my computers with their software so they could make me miserable with unending pestering emails. After each computer had to be restarted we discovered that the drivers had been installed and we were able to print. We are sending this back.

This printer is so fancy. It was easy to set up and with the hp insta-ink subscription it will be so easy to keep up on my printing without taking out a loan to pay for all the ink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the printer a few weeks. It was very difficult finding a printer which was actually advertised as compatible with Mac's Big Sur OS. So far it seems to do the job, but I think ALL companies should give users at least 90 days before they start bugging them for product reviews. How can you give an honest opinion with only 5 minutes of ownership??
I have not used all the functions and have no idea how fast it will run out of ink....
