Not sure if I got a bad one or if all the issues can be resolved quickly but it may be going back. Won't stay connected to wifi and the paper tray has an error message after each time you print, it says the tray is empty and you can't proceed until you get it to recognize that there is paper in there. Very frustrating. I have unistalled it and also tried connecting via a usb cord. I hate to put this printer down because I have used nothing but HP for my computers and printers for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
