This is a recent purchase and I have only printed a couple of pages. Setup was easy and uncomplicated. I purchased an HP All in One printer because I wanted it to be compatible with my HP All in One Computer. I am pleased with both purchases.
I bought this printer to replace my HP Photosmart 7520 Series printer. Was suppose to follow Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer control panel. Wasn't able to enter the whole password for my router. Tried to enter a "o" and got an "i" could go back, but got no further than the 2nd incorrect letter. Therefore, I had to attach a USB cable from the printer to the computer to get the wireless connection and printed a test page and Printer Status Report. Looked like everything was fine as wireless indicator on printer was solid blue. However, when trying to print from Outlook, Word & Excel I received a Printer Offline indicator. Messed around with the online virtual assistant and finally got the printer to print. I found the printer control panel hard to use even with a stylus. Product came with very little literature and no software CD. I was thinking about returning the printer and purchasing something else. With the installation problems I had, I would not recommend this product to anyone. I hope it prints photos well.
My newly purchased 7855 told me it had "counterfeit" cartridges installed. They came with the initial printer purchase. I had not loaded the other newly purchased HP cartridges yet. The tri-color lasted for only 6 full sheets -8.5 x 11, full color documents. Is that intended?
am very happy I bought it, so far, only issue I have so far, its not allowing me to print 5×7 pictures at all. Am still learning all its features. But overall, it is great
