[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received new printer and it took 2 hours to get installed. Installation disc would have been a lot easier. Tried to print some photos (reason for purchase) and they came out to blurry to recognize. Now color cartridge is nearly empty Not a happy customer at all. Considering return for refund.

Scanning requires the app. Why not just push the scan button?
I have been what I consider an advanced IT user for over 30 years.

I use for my online business, so I frequently change from regular paper to shipping labels.
This printer makes it very time consuming to do. Much noisier than my last 2 HP printers and just sounds cheap. Had a hard time installing on Windows 10 and finally had to call support to get it to work & it took them a while. This printer might be ok for a casual home user but not for any daily use.
