[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just set up my printer today. I have done one scan, but haven't had time to use the printer yet. Two concerns - one is that your set up instructions are not as user friendly as I need (!). Two, I'm trying to include my new printer in Instant Ink and can't find the model number listed !!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a slight problem. Printer is loaded with paper; however each time I go to print it comes up on screen that paper is needed. Selecting continue and it prints. Real inconvenience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not really, uses to much ink. cartridges are smaller than the ones I had on the office jet pro 8610.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed in your printer regarding its ink use. (I’m not quite sure what’s behind the words “got pressured into buying” in your review, but if I knew more, I could try to address it in some way.) With that in mind, I’ll offer some information and suggestions that might help.
Here are a few facts about ink use that might help: - A high-density print (such a photo) will use ink more quickly than a low-density print (a text-only document), especially if the paper is highly absorbent and the environment is dry. - Using the draft and black-only settings on your printer can help save ink. - Shutting the printer down between uses can help. However, always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That will let the printer “park” itself so that the cartridges are protected from excess drying.
If you find that your printer still uses more ink that you believe it should, or you have further questions or concerns, you can reach out to us for support: hp.com/contactHP
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this from the customer service rep on the telephone and I'm so glad I did. Hp has the best products. This is my second one in 7 years. The price is right on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and prints great. Print speed is a little faster than I assumed it would be. Plus the scanning and copying are handy when needed. I power off when not in use because sometimes updates start when left on while I'm sleeping or watching something. This is a really good printer for home and home office. I'm happy with the purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up the ENVY 7855 to my WiFi was pretty easy. The only glitch is we have two ENVYs in our home, both in the 7850 series (mine is a 7855, my daughter's is a 7858). The device search routine showed both devices, but identified them both as 7800. I guessed wrong I picked one as the default printer and had to fix it after printing to m daughter's device.
