My latest HP printer appears to work as specified. However it was somewhat of a challange get to the online source to download the required programming after 3 attempts I was able to download the necessary programming. This could have been provide in the form of a CD or stick which would have made the process a lot simpler. I had to use a USB cable in order to install and set up my Wifi. The printer works as well as any of the others I have had over the past 20 years or so. Photo creations is no longer being supported by HP so you can save the effort of downloading.

I’m sorry to hear about the bad experience you had regarding the ink that came with your printer. It sounds quite disappointing indeed, so let’s see whether I can give you some helpful information.
When it comes to ink, I believe your printer has what’s called setup cartridges, which are used only to set up new HP printers for their first series of your print jobs. They are designed to initialize a printer and calibrate ink levels. They don’t hold very much ink. You also should have received regular ink cartridges.
I can’t be sure what happened in your case, but I recommend contacting us directly so one of our support staff can help you evaluate. If it turns out you did not receive cartridges you should have, you can check directly with the seller of your printer.

So far, only a month now, but we really like this printer. It’s footprint is ideal and the ease of use is welcome. The ability to send jobs to the printer from another location is very cool and convenient.
The Instant Ink program is terrific. We contacted HP support for a minor issue and had amazing customer service. So far, really pleased with this purchase.
