The rollers don't pick up the paper. We are constantly having to open the drawer, fluff the paper, shut the drawer and hope it picks it up this time. Also, when there are multiple pages it doesn't always print the whole page. It will print half a page and then a black line and then nothing. The colors don't come out very well. I tried to print a photo and it had weird spots on it, took forever to dry, and didn't look like a photo at all once it did dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It keeps saying it is out of paper when it isn't. The app keeps disconnecting and needs to be reinstalled. I might be returning. Trying to figure out what is going on.

Uses combo color cartridge rather than 3 separate ones. I prefer the individual cartridges as I have more control. Also the scan to computer is more complicated.
Works well but all in all preferred the prior one.
