The print is clean and crisp and I love the mobile printing options as well from HP. Always love HP products and this one does not disappoint. Set-up was quick and easy as well. The HP Ennvy Photo 7855 has disappointed me. Ibought it because I had to replace my old HP Officejet 4365 that finally gave up the ghost.
The new Envy Photo 7855 is not nearly as good as my old Officejet 4365, is slower to print, keeps giving me messages that it is out of paper when it is not and is not as user friendly as the old Officejet 4365.
In my opinion the Envy Photo 7855 is a step backwards.While I have always used HP products for about the last 18 to 20 years and always had good satisfaction, I am extremely disappointed in this all-in-one printer and can not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer to use in my home office. I spent 8 hours trying to get it to work with my HP Laptop. Our business IT guy who has working on hardware for 20 years spent 6 hours trying to get the printer to work. It will now only print by a USB cable and only iWord documents. I'm not crazy just Word documents. I would never recommend buying this printer and should have listened to all the reviews that have the same problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this printer a few weeks ago. Has all the features i wanted and does a great job. Love the fact that this printer can be set to automatically print on both sides of a sheet. The printer it replaced could print on both sides, but had to be requested for every print job. P_hotos have great color and clarity.

Can't give it 4-5 starts as the wireless setup was a bit painful. Also it tends to not want to actually print the jobs submitted by my 2020 Thinkpad. No errors, the print queue shows in progress but the printer just sits there and doesn't actually print. I often have to upload the document to my Google Drive and print via the HP Android app instead.
