First unit I received was defective; replacement unit sent & cartridge was defective - many hours of tech spt to get it working & it still keeps dropping the wireless connection. Frustrating!

I like this printer, but I had a major paper jam the second day I used it. I could not find info on how to clear it in all the materials that came with the printer. I had to call Tech Support.

Really happy with this printer. Set up was a breeze and it prints with easy, even from a phone. I like the two internal paper trays so that I don't have to mess with going back and forth from picture paper to 8x11.5. Thank you HP!
