Love the printer but didn’t get my compensation for getting a new printer that was promised from HP instant ink. Now have a printer that can’t use according to emails.
Printer icon switches are way too small for normal fingers. Followed instructions to sign up for ink program online and on the printer. Received email to accept terms using printer icon. When I follow steps printer says I'm already enrolled. Received email yesterday indicating my enrollment was cancelled. Too complicated.

I was recently notified on Chromebook that my Canon Pixma would not work with Chromebook. In looking for printers HP Envy - not Canon and not Epson - seemed to popup on my Chromebook. This printer is working quite well. I can print and scan from Chromebook and my wife and print and scan from Windows 10. And does reasonably well from Moto phone and tablets.
Being able to print from our Tablets and Ipod as well as the Computer is amazing Very little trouble setting up and connecting every thing as I am not at all a Commuter Geek Have only had it a short time need to check out double sided printing but so far Works Great
the printer printer out photos poorly. You can't make you faces in the pitures its just blurry. Other than that the print works very fell and very easy to set up. Works great with my phone.
I haven't used it enough yet to give full review. But installation of software was efficient, and it seems easy to change paper in the two paper trays. The fax mode is confusing, and I have not been able to wade through sparse instructions successfully. I scanned a couple of pages using the autofeed, and they appeared on my laptop right away, so that's great! Haven't tried the copy yet. In general, it seems quite fine. Not giving 5 starts yet because not run through it's paces.
