Features of the printer are nice, however the performance of the scan feature is unreliable with the wireless software. Appears to be a common problem based on internet searches since I purchased it. Will now try to use USB cable in lieu of wireless functionality.

Overall, I'm pleased with this printer. However, it does take some getting accustomed to its idiosyncrasies. It seems a bother to always have to SAVE the document before printing can occur. It just seems too many extra steps prior to printing a simple document. However, I do like this printer. One question is why the warning continues to show indicating the photo paper drawer is empty. Strange when I'm not processing a photo.
