Not great with colour printing

Just received the printer and set up was remarkably easy. Black printing is great but the quality of colour print is very disappointing. The colour of paper print looks faded. As far as photo printing, the quality is so smudged that the pictures are inusable. I wish that I could post a picture here to show how bad it looks

HP Envy printer doesn't play well with Windows

I love the printer but I have spent hours on the phone with HP IT support to fix issues and install patches to go around issues with the new Windows 10 upgrades. This is, apparently, an issue with all new printers and Windows. I wish I'd made do with my old printer.

I'm completely satisfied so far with this printer. It took minutes to set up and has worked very well so far since purchasing it last week. The 5 months of free ink is also awesome! Great value for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For anyone who uses this for photography...there are no light or dark adjustments????? Everything prints way too dark. I do NOT want to further edit and save a perfect photo on my laptop just to compensate for this printer flaw. Love the instant ink program but this printer has many issues!

Will cost you a fortune in ink cartridges. If less than 25% in any of the cartridges you can't print anything anymore. The page counter is wrong, it indicates 318 pages when less than 40 pages printed and already 6 ink cartridges (3 black and 3 color). Make your calculations. Do not buy this printer. I'm getting rid of it, I'm not even selling it. I send it directly to recycling to avoid the frustration of a future buyer. It's a real theft from HP. First and last HP product

Everything is perfect so far

It was a little tough to set up but overall I'm happy. I needed something to print my kid's worksheets and projects and I wanted to print photos occasionally if I needed to. I haven't used the photo print yet but I'm happy with the regular printing I've done. The colours are vibrant and beautiful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this printer 2 days ago, setting it up was really easy, set up the apps for it, easy to figure out. Was super excited to print some photos and was really disappointed . All the photos have lines through them about half an inch apart, about 20 lines per page.
Read some trouble shooting tips online, tried and few and none of them worked. Pretty annoying to have to trouble shoot something brand new , will be returning and looking for something else.
