My new printer is expedient and creates a clear/concise print job. Unfortunately, set up has been challenging in terms of two-sided printing and scanning (I don't want HP to have every document I scan). Have found their chat feature without a human being to be unhelpful.

I had a little trouble getting my computer to work with it , but the trouble shooter on the HP computer helped me get it to hookup . And so far I like this printer better than my Canon pixma MP 450 .

I bought this HP ENVY Printer a couple weeks ago. Set Up was a little confusing, but able to push through and got it up and running within an hour.
Love the wireless function from PC or Cell Phone. Also great quality printing.
Only complaint is the ink cartridges don't hold a lot of ink. And the 3 color inks are in one cartridge. Will try the XL cartridges and hope they last longer.
Overall, I'm a happy camper.
