[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was easy to set up & use. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the black toner didn't last very long at all. So was unable to print for 2 days as I scrambled to locate ink.
I bought this printer in the middle of COVID-19 crisis, I needed one urgently as I was not in the office anylonger. I was surprised, to begin with ordering was super easy and product arrived very quickly, then, I was not expecting too much quality for the price I paid, and wow, the printer and scanning works great, the app makes it all so easy to use, I can print and scan from my phone, all in few minutes and most important part, set up was very easy, anyone can do it, instructions are very clear. I am very happy, would definately recommend it. Great experience overall!
Took me a little longer to setup than anticipated but once setup was complete, operating the printer/scanner was a breeze. Good quality printing and scanning. Would definitely recommend for small print jobs at home.
I couldn’t ever get it to connect to my internet. Online help drove me around in circles. Finally sent it back. They wanted me to print a return label. It was a printer!!
Needed a basic printer that had color, scanned and copied and could wirelessly print from a phone or laptop and this sleek printer is perfect for the job.
I bought this about a month ago to replace our antiquated printer. With the COVID outbreak we were printing a lot more than we normally do so it seemed time to upgrade given the amount of homework we’d be sure to print. The printing is fine... looks like a less expensive inkjet printer. What prevents this from getting an average rating from me is its connectivity. If we turn it off and turn it back on it prints wirelessly. Then the next day it’s impossible. All of our devices say they can’t find it and it never works. Turn it off and on, works. To me, it defeats the reason we replaced our old USB printer if we still have to go stand next to this one to cycle power in order for it to work. For such a wonderful idea, there doesn’t seem to be any thoughtfulness in its application. WiFi would be nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
