I'm not a heavy printer user and this printer seems to be perfect for me. I'm a senior citizen and not very into tech stuff and at first I had a bit of a problem with the set-up but once I got it up and running all has been fine.
every time I turn on the printer I am kicked off my wifi very disappointing and frustrating. print and scan doctor does not help!

Hey there,
I'm terribly sorry to hear that your experience with the printer hasn't been very easy so far. I can certainly imagine how disappointing these issues with Wi-Fi have been. With that said, I'd really like to make this right, so let's see how I can help.
What I first recommend is following these steps to address the issue you noted: 1. Click Wireless LED (Blue color) from control panel. 2. Select settings (Gear icon) 3. Select Wireless Settings 4. Select “Advanced Settings” 5. Turn off IPv6 6. Click "Yes"
If this doesn't work, I highly recommend reaching out to us for support. We would be more than happy to explore other solutions with you. You can get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
