I have had some difficulty connecting the printer with my laptop and mobile phone. It's tricky to connect with the public Wifi at my apartment. However, I am satisfied with most of features of this printer. It works well and includes every features I wanted (copy, scan, print and photo) with reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with ENVY because I have an older model that I really liked. I accidentally broke it so I had to buy a new printer. This model has a small arm to hold the printed out papers. I don't like it to stay out so it doesn't get broken. This becomes a small issue when I do decide to print and I'm in another room. Why? The other model would automatically open up during the printing so the papers didn't fall on the floor. The drawer to pull out the paper isn't hard to access. There is an indention on top of the drawer to open it that way. The print is clear, pictures come out nicely.
It does the job and only issue I have is the arm that holds the paper.
