[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my HP printer broke and HP doesn't repair them. I have used HP printers for many years. And I am mostly satisfied with them. The thing is that since I have to order online, I can't really tell much about a particular machine. Therefor, this printer is OK, but I liked the previous one better. For one thing, it does not have two paper trays so I have to take out the regular paper to do a photo. Do not like that feature. It's also slowere than the last two.
