One is that the letter support does not automatically fly out, but I have to manually pull it out and I keep it out lest I forget it when I print. Second, it seems more difficult than necessary to load the black ink cartridge. I had to try many times to get it right. I have not used all the printer's features, but I'm content with the printing.
