I bought the HP ENVY 5055 a few weeks ago. It was pretty easy to "install". The most difficult part was getting my wifi system to cooperate and be discoverable. I love the wireless feature. Clean, clear printouts!

This the second HP printer that has given me problems with ink. I’ve had to reinstall cartilages several times in only a few weeks. My first printer did the same thing then died on me. I do rely on this printer and it’s let me down.

The first thing I'd recommend is updating your printer's firmware, as the update should resolve cartridge errors of this nature. The download can be found at this link: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/14095768
If updating the firmware hasn't helped, I hope you'll consider contacting us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can arrange for another replacement for the affected ink supplies.
I'd also like to mention that HP printers do have a 1-year warranty from their purchase date that covers both hardware and ink supplies, so you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
