I already had an HP printer but decided to upgrade when my old school scanner decided to die. I bought this 5055 All-In-One Envy and I'm very happy with it. First let me just say I love HP printers because of the convenience and cost of the toner. No printer on the market has more cost effective toner. Plus I work with Adobe software like Photoshop and Indesign and don't have any problems getting great looking pages out of my Envy. If you're looking to "upgrade," go with HP products.

I have had the same printer for 12 years so I was definitely in need of an upgrade. I was never disappointed by my old HP all-in-one printer so that's why I chose to go with this one. I'm very happy with my choice. I love the black color and sleek design. The paper fits nicely inside without having a paper tray sticking out. My biggest concern was setup. I almost bought a cheaper HP version but people said that the setup was very difficult. I'm pretty tech savvy but I didn't want a hassle so for a little more I went with this model and it was totally worth it. Connected via bluetooth and wifi in a matter of minutes from my phone. I really like that I can print from my phone, tablet or computer with ease. I'm a happy customer.
