[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very easy to install. I like the simplicity of the design. I think it is a good price for the features that it has.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had it long enough to give it a thorough review. However at this time, I am very happy with it. It has all the features that I was looking for. I especially wanted a flat top to do the copying and scanning.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm pleased with this printer. Had a small problem setting up.The starter ink packs that came with the printer were not recognized by the printer and I was forced to buy ink before I could set it up. However once that was resolved it's been fine. I've only had it a few weeks so I don't know how it will do over time. I love the ink supply system. I signed up immediately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was fairly easy. Good scan - although usually to jpeg rather than pdf and I prefer the latter. Sent ink refills immediately.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned for a few weeks. Set up to all devices was easy and took minutes. Printing is smooth and easy and high quality for the price paid. So far so good .
Replacement for Envy 110, which was much better. Liked the retracting paper tray, while the 5500 has one, it either stays in place or you have to go to the printer to pull it out. Just a nuisance.Getting it to scan from the touch screen has not worked, keeps saying to download the 123 app, which has been done. Again, just another inconvenience. Finally, the ink cartridges shipped with the printer immediately were at the lowest level and instantly got warnings that ink was low after doing the start up alignment etc. A bit deceptive, you would think you would get full ink cartridges. So, buyer beware.
