[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no issues to set up printer. I love the fact the i ca use my phone to print my documents. Paint has high quality and all colors come the way they are. Looks great in terms of style. I also scanned my document also had no issue. The only thing is that its time consuming, it would be great if i can print things faster. So far no issues no complains. Greatful to get it for free in exchange for my opinion.

I haven't used it much yet. It was a hassle getting it up and running and finding out where to install the ink cartridges. Too bad it doesn't come with better instructions. Not sure how to print envelopes. No information on that at all. It seems that HP printers are being built on the cheap now. I have had several and this one doesn't measure up.
Pros: Affordable, Lightweight

Bought this for my Grandma, I shipped it to her place, before i was able to get over there she had it up and running. She is not very Tech Savy and usually i have to set up everything, but she was able to get it up and running all by herself and was printing from her cell phone, which was the goal, in no time.

I have not been able to make it work with my computer. It worked for one day. I tried to connect it again because the the printer status showed error. Now nothing will print. It makes good copies.I have used it just for copies.I do not know how to send photos or videos.
