[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The prainter came in a small box and was easy to unbox and ser up. It was not damaged suring the transport and I was happy to see how stylish the printer was and not cumbersome. I had a little but of difficulty installing the 2 cartidge but once that was installed the printer was ready to be set up. The set up only took about 3 minutes and the wifi was also easy to connect. The print quality is very good and free of running ink. The scanner is also providing good qualify scans that help me at work. The fact that the paper can be stored underneath the printer is also very desirable. I truly think this printer is a great value for the money. My only concern is that the ino containers are small so I will need to replace quite often if you often print large documents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the printer was very easy to assemble and connect to my wifi. The look of the printer surprised me because it was so sleek and had a touch screen built in which is easy to use for home use. The most difficult part was figuring out where the paper sat within the machine and making sure it didn`t overload our wifi network by being online. After it was setup, the printer was very easy to use and when there was a problem printing something it was easy to fix with the troubleshoot options provided by the printer. I would recommend this printer for home use since it isn`t that big, is easy to setup and use, and works perfectly for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The printer was very easy to set up and I was able to use it within minutes of unpacking it from the box. The instructions were clear and concise. I most enjoyed the multiple functions of the device. Being able to print, copy, and scan in one device is very useful. The printer was not too big, so it is easy to store. At times, the printer`s performance was slow, but I never had any issues with the final result. I think it wouldn`t perform as well for large print jobs, especially with a lot of color. It would be useful to have a bin that can be pulled out from the bottom of the printer to hold the printed pages. Overall, I am happy with the printer and would recommend it it to others.

HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer Storage: I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have owned and used many printers over the years so I was excited to try a new printer. I do not have much extra space in my home so the size of the printer was not what I was expecting for a 2018 product. I understand that it has copying and scanning capabilities which makes it necessary to be a certain size as far as length and width, but I would have preferred the printer not be as high and to weigh less if possible. Assembly: Assembling the printer was very easy because it only required to simply remove some packaging and plug it into the outlet. Setting up the wireless software between the printer and computer was relatively simple. Installing the ink cartridges and adding paper was also very quick and simple. The program took me step by step through what had to be done, and if it were not for the few wifi issues I encountered, it would have been a very quick and simple setup. After setting it up, I tried connecting another computer to the printer wirelessly and was able to do it in under 30 seconds which made me very happy to see how easily I can wirelessly connect computers to the printer. Use: After setup, the product was very easy to use. The print speed is okay, the quality seems good and its not too noisey. Problems: I would not say that I see any particular problems with the printer, however the paper try does not seem too sturdy when being opened. I also expected that with technology being as advanced as it is that the print speed would be a little quicker, and that the printer would be lighter and less bulky. Overall, seems to be a very good product

A Good Printer For The Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.Item: HP ENVY Printer 5055; All In One Printer (Black)Size and Appearance: The size of the printer is average and comparable to an average printer. It fits well in a tight corner. The appearance is very modern and svelte.Setup: I set the device up on 2 laptops (1 Dell and 1 HP) and 2 iPhones. The laptop setup was pretty straight forward and user friendly. The only difficult I incurred was a timeout error message that I received twice (ironically while setting up the hp printer on an hp laptop).Assembly: The printer was very easy and straight forward to assemble. There are few packaging items (tape, cardboard, etc.) to remove and only the power cord to hook up. The printer has a step by step guide for alignment and pretty much everything else is handled in the app downloading process. They could be a little more straight forward on the ink cartridge instillation, but if you`ve ever owned a printer before, it`s still pretty straight forward. Performance and Capabilities: From what I have printed thus far, it seems to work well. It prints quickly and efficiently and the ink seems to be solid and of good quality. I have not yet used the scanner, but I was happy to see that it was included. Overall it seems to be a good printer that will work well in a home setting.

Product Does What It`s Intended To Do neat & ni...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product: HP Envy 5055 All-in-one-PrinterI received this product in exchange for my honest feedback/opinion.To start with, the product was easy to take out of the box and looked classy with nice smooth curved edges and felt it would go very well in the office environment. The printer is light weight and has only one cord (power) and this impressed me.The setup manual was just 3 folds and I felt like reading it. P.S: Naturally, I tend to skip a big booklet and figure it out on my own. It just took me 3 minutes to set this printer which is the fastest I have ever seen or heard: Plug chord to power outlet, download the app, connect the printer to Wifi using the app - DONE!The easiest way to use the printer is to download the app. I used the app on my iPhone to scan a document and the clarity turned out to be very good. I could zoom in and read every letter/number that was scanned clearly. On the contrary, the brightness of the scanned copy wasn`t that great. I manually had to brighten it.It takes another step or two to setup the printer for printing and once done, its a seamless experience there after.Anybody on the same network can find the printer and print but the speed at which it prints is pretty much what I see in my 5 year old printer.

Good printer for light printing
on March 13, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little printer. I love that it connects to the HP app so I can print pictures and documents right from my phone. That`s super convenient. The printer is pretty compact so it fits well in my small apartment.Setup was easy, I hooked it right up to the app, put in the ink cartridges, and was ready to print. I don`t really like that the 3 color inks (besides black) are in 1 cartridge, it seems that when you run out of one color you have to replace all 3 even if the others aren`t depleted. I haven`t used it long enough to need a replacement though.I also have had some issues with paper jams. When I first started printing, about 50% of the papers would get jammed, especially with 2-sided prints, which was very frustrating. It seemed to get better as I kept printing, and I eventually got the 2-sided printing to work fine.I think this printer is definitely best suited to light printing, as it`s small, doesn`t hold a lot of paper at one time, and is kind of slow to print each page. It definitely wouldn`t be appropriate for an office setting, but for my home I think it`s a great choice. It`s small, lightweight, and performs all the functions I need, like scan, copy, and printing straight from my phone.

Nice printer... once it is set-up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly: EASY! Just plug in and let the installer do the rest.Set-up: This took longer than expected due to several glitches during the process. First, the touch screen did not work so I had to restart the printer. Then, I lost connection with 123.hp.com install so that had to restart. Finally, the printer stalled when choosing an ink choice. I am not sure what this meant since the ink was installed and used during the alignment process.Printing quality: VERY NICE! This printer is a bit slower than I expected for color printing, it works quicker for black and white jobs.Storage: Very easy. This is a very sleek design as it takes up minimal height. Con of the design is sleek sacrificed functionality. When picking up the panel to scan, it is easy to open up the ink storage area too which causes some messages to pop on the screen.Problems: As stated initially, the start-up had some issues and it took a few tries to get everything ready. The touch screen can be fickle. The sleek design can result in user grabbing/opening things they didn`t intend to.
