[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a HP printer in the past and had it for years, never had any problems with it. I gave it to my daughter when she started college. With a poor decision I bought a different brand printer. Not only did it last less than a year, but later it had lines through the ink. I purchased this HP Envy 5055 All-in-One Printer and WOW! What a difference. The black ink is rich and clear. The color ink is rich and beautiful. It prints fast and the ink cartridges are easy to change. I ordered a refill cartridge and it was here within 2 days and I am in Hawaii. I also have HP printers. I also purchased the 3 year warranty, but I doubt I will need it. HP stands up to its name. Thank you HP for your great products!
Would be great if I could use the scanner --- a very frustrating experience, which I still am unable to resolve!
