[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After following the instructions repeatedly, I still can't print from my MacBook over WiFi and trying to find a helpdesk phone number is not easy. Don't buy this if you have a MacBook.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Envy 5055 over the phone. The customer service guy was terrific! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a great price for the quality of the printing and scanning. It is so quiet while scanning, I almost forget I'm doing it. The copies are crisp and clean and clear. I keep it under my desk so I love that the paper tray is in the bottom. It's much more compact than my old printer because of that. The guy told me it might take a couple of days to get it because of the holiday but it came in a day and a half! I'm really happy with the Envy, the price and the customer service. Thanks HP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not so easy to figure out manual on scanning. Have had a hard time scanning and sending to recipients. Could have more detail in the manual send with machine. One of the only reasons this was purchased because it was stated it was easy to scan and send papers. NOT SO!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an HP printer that was damaged when I moved. I purchased a newer model and it arrived within days. It was very easy to install and prints beautifully.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an ENVY 5055 that went bad so I hooked up the new one exactly like the old one was. Now I cannot get the new one to print a letter that I have typed on the computer, nor will it address an envelope It will print a photo that is stored on the computer I have finally just given up. If someone would show me what I have did wrong I would brag on it like I did the old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
