I've only had it a couple of weeks, and I am really disappointed. The print quality that I am experiencing in my opinion is less that my Canon Pixma printer that I have had for more than 4 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so reluctant to replace my last HP all in one because it was everything I needed but all good things come to an end and my little old HP died. I chose this one because it did everything, was an HP (I am brand loyal for a good reason), and had the added feature of scanning and photocopying from a bed rather than from a feeder (the feeder was a pain on the old one because small things like ID or insurance cards didn't feed through it well). I can easily say that setting this up was practically idiot proof (I say practically because I didn't let the idiot set it up and therefore I cannot vouch for it 100%) and within 10 minutes max I had printed out a test page and connected this thing to every piece of electronics in the house except my microwave. I can print from my PHONE!! I love this printer!!

Web services very limited. You need to be almost within 15' feet for the printer to respond. Difficulty installing software, does not play well with a PC using a LAN vs. wireless connection. Printing from other devices very inconsistent in working, saying printer offline.
