[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I'm going to love this printer ...that is when I get my replacement. Brand new and out of the box, we had trouble getting it to print. The paper would never pick up and go thru the printer. I would get : printer out of paper msg. We did everything we knew to do, ultimately had to call customer serve. He was very very nice... After trying several solutions, he said we needed a replacement . This is where we are today.
