[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this printer for my home office and it prints great. Was very surprised at how easy it was to set it up using an app on my phone. Printing pictures directly from my phone is a great feature for me also.
Was supposed to work with windows vista 64 bit, but no drivers are available, only updates to the printer that are supposed to have drivers in them. Problem is without drivers to download into my computer, it would not recognize the printer. I could load printers from HP that were in my computers program, but of course these were no longer available to purchase and would not run the 5055 (or the other model I tried) and there is no support from HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I own a HP Photosmart printer for 10 yrs that I seldom print anything bc HP has so grossly overcharged for ink refills for years! The Envy is so cheaply designed..small screen & thin lid makes it difficult to even lift to copy. Packed it back up n returned...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last printer was on its way out for months. So, when it finally died, the Envy was perfect. Inexpensive, with a much smaller footprint and much less obtrusive. I actually have table top, now!
